Four men alleged to be part of a criminal group have been brought before Dubbo Local Court on multiple charges.

Bernard Morris, Mitchell Anthony Morris, Duane Johnson and Allan Wayne Edwards made separate appearances before Magistrate Howard Hamilton via audio visual link from jail.

The co-accused faced a total of 45 charges on the court list.

The Department of Public Prosecutions sought to proceed with six matters including two counts of aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence in company, two counts of commit serious indictable offence in dwelling in circumstances of aggravation knowing people there and single counts of larceny and enter dwelling in circumstances of aggravation knowing people there.

Other charges listed included multiple counts of participate in criminal group assist criminal activity, destroy property intend criminal activity of group, aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence in company, drive recklessly at speed, destroy property by fire in company and receive/dispose of stolen property.

No pleas were entered by the co-accused and Magistrate Hamilton granted prosecution applications for adjournments to obtain further information and settle facts.

The four men were ordered to reappear in Dubbo Local Court via audio visual link on July 28. There were no applications for bail.

Eleven charges were listed against Mitchell Morris.

The prosecution proceeded with a single count of commit serious indictable offence in dwelling in circumstances of aggravation people there. The other listed charges included two counts of destroy property in company using fire.

Nine charges were listed against Bernard Morris. The prosecution proceeded with two counts of aggravated break and enter commit serious indictable offence in company. Other listed charges included three counts of taking and driving conveyance without the consent of owner.

Duane Johnson faced a list of eight charges. The prosecution proceeded with a single count of larceny. Other listed charges included three counts of accessory after the fact to an offence maliciously damage property by fire and two counts of never licensed person drive vehicle on the road.

Seventeen charges were listed against Edwards. The prosecution proceeded with charges of enter dwelling in circumstances of aggravation knowing people there and commit serious indictable offence in dwelling in circumstances of aggravation people there.
